The system will be connected to our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) via a suitable monitoring device and it will then be monitored by the ARC24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. If the system signals an alarm condition, a member of the ARC team will alert your nominated keyholders to the type of signal they have received and it will then be up to the keyholder to take responsibility for the alarm. Another option would be to have Emergency Service Response. In this case, it would be the responsibility of the ARC to arrange Police attendance to the property if deemed necessary. Fire alarms can also be connected to the ARC via the intruder alarm system.
Who responds to your alarm system?
You’ve invested time and money on having a professional intruder alarm system installed, but what happens when it goes off and who will respond it?
Can you leave it to chance?
Don’t leave the protection of your property and your possessions to chance! We strongly recommend some form of remote monitoring to guarantee a response should an alarm condition occur. It could also potentially reduce your future insurance premiums.
